May take me a while to reach my target but how ever long it takes I will get there eventually. From past experience keeping the weight off has always been the hardest battle.

It is hard to keep it off even though under target. I still have to be really careful what I eat most of the time, but I allow myself one or two treats each week and try to go to class and stay for Image Therapy. We have an amazing group which makes it much better than the group I used to go to. Weigh in tomorrow........[msneek]

first time in God knows how many years i have now hit 16 stone 1lb so officially have lost 4 stone 1lb due to gastric bypass[high5][high5][high5]

I lost another 1lb this week bringing me to 3.5 lbs below target. Imagine my horror when I was told that if I remained under 3lb below my target I would have to pay again.[msneek] Apparently you can only be within 3 lbs of target either way. I could change my target weight but they only do it in 7 lbs at a time so I really don't want to stress myself out doing that. I can either put weight on which is depressing even if it is only a pound or so, or not go to Image Therapy which has really helped me to stay at target this time. Sadly, the small print always catches one out eventually.[msnmad]

Fantastic, that should give you a great feeling to try to stick with it as much as you can. I am usually better when I am in Florida and always come home with a weight loss. Enjoy.
