Each of these offers an excellent opportunity to learn about these amazing and intelligent marine mammals while interacting with them in their captive water environment. This company allows you to view and interact with dolphins in their natural habitat. They employ listening equipment to locate wild dolphins out in the ocean. Once dolphin pods are found the boat’s passengers are encouraged to enter the water to interact with them in their natural ocean environment. The Vallarta Adventures Dolphin Centre overlooks the Nuevo Vallarta Marina. This facility services not only tourists in Nuevo Vallarta, but people who are staying in Puerto Vallarta as well as those arriving on cruise ships. In Vallarta, this is the first place people go swimming with Pacific Bottlenose dolphins and sea lions. This along with the number of people who come off the cruise ships means that they are very busy. They have several different interactive programs to offer which include the dolphin signature swim, an extreme swim, private swims for couples, private swims for families, a kids program, trainer for a day, and a program for special needs guests. If you want the best prices then book online at least four days in advance.

Bungee Jumping
Encore Bungee is located 15 minutes southwest of downtown Puerto Vallarta on the way to Mismaloya and right after the Hotel Presidente. Encore Bungee is probably the most extreme activity available in Puerto Vallarta. This activity provides thrill seekers an unforgettable experience of jumping 120 feet over the Pacific Ocean. The Encore Bungee facility has a small palapa bar and restaurant area where onlookers can watch the jumpers in action. Their new state of the art jump cord was manufactured in Canada, and their highly trained staff are all bungee experts. It is open every day all year round from 11 a. m. until 6 p. m. The cost was $650 pesos but may be slightly higher now. They offer special promotions at various times so it is worth checking the calendar section of their website.
