Well, if you are a fan, you are in for a treat with 2 different ways of getting close to your idol. These events are happening at Busch Gardens which is about 6 miles north of Tampa.
I am going to tell you about the event that happened in May but do not despair because they seem to take place every now and again so check the Busch Gardens website. For instance, they held a similar event just 4 months ago. Jack presented a show on and there will also be a question and answer session. How about trying to stump the expert?
Other shows at Busch are A for African, Critter Castaways, Ice Polar Nation and Lets Get Loud. These sessions are free with you entrance ticket. However, the next thrilling experience I have to tell you about has an extra charge. This is an overnight session; yes, really, all night long! You start by having some food and drink in one of their eating places and you will be presented with a free T Shirt and water bottle. Then for the good stuff, Jack Hanna will lead you in a night time safari which lasts for 2 hours. Here you will meet all the exotic animals in the presence of a master. That done, you will all sit round a camp fire while Jack tells his tales and shares his knowledge. Now for the sleepover; this will happen in one of their secure areas and when you wake up, they will serve you with a continental breakfast.
Have a guess at how much you think this night session cost? $200, $250? Well, you may be pleasantly surprised to find that it wasonly $78 per person. I reckon that is a real bargain.

One final thought, the fact that Hanna is happy to lend his name to this theme park means that the animals must be kept absolutely properly. I never doubted it, but nice to get affirmation.
