I fell over and fractured my wrist in Aquatica. The first aid guys were great. I was offered a refund on tickets (no problem as bought as a bundle with DC) car park and towels/lockers as we had only just arrived. I was going to ask for deductible too but at this stage just what they offered would be nice. I was given a card with phone numbers, email and fax of Risk Management as they have to deal with it. I have left voicemails, email was returned 'doesn't exist', SW guest relations tried for 3 hours, stopped at HR building for SW and they tried, gave me number for head of Risk Management so left her a voice mail. I have contacted Aquatica through the website. NOTHING. [!]
