Hi I am new to the board but have been a lurker for a few weeks now. I have been to Florida twice and am returning early next year.
Firstly may I say that I have really enjoyed reading all of your comments. Some very informative people on here and friendly!

I have just purchased a property at Palm Key Davenport, I am the person who offerd my place to one of the posters on here. I would like to thank the people who posted a positive response to this post. I am aware of the negative views some people have of manufactured homes but after doing extensive research on the subjuct(and nearly purhcasing a much more expensive home) I belive I have got extremely good value for money. And I was able to purchase outright so I have very small overheads!

As a regualar poster on a non related board I must say that the regs. on here are great you really have a discusion board to be proud of guys & girls keep up the good work.

Welcome to the forum Daniel.
We're just up the road from you at Hampton Lakes. I didnt go in the show homes at Palm Key but heard they were very nice, we did drive round the development a year or so back and it does look good.

Hi Daniel,
We looked at Palm Key along with many other options and were very impressed with the
build quality and the way they were fitted out - very spacious. Loved the ones with the spa pools and a carport area. They were nicely laid out with plenty of room between them and we liked the lantern type street lights. (Eventually we bought a townhouse because it suited our own needs better, but we did like Palm Key. As with our townhouse which is renting well I think there's a good rental market at most points on the scale, it just depends what the renter is looking for.)

Just a thought and maybe another thread starting here but many years ago when at school there was a Danny Snell in the same class, just wondering if it is the same one ?
