I called yesterday and left a message, and have as yet had no reply either. Maybe be lucky today. [msnmad]

Have you tried e-mailing them via the "Contact us" option on the Car Hire page ?
Your best bet would be to email us as our Chester office is currently in the process of moving. We expect to be back to normal by the end of the week but are fully contactable by email - info@uscarhire.co.uk in the meantime. Sorry for the inconvienience.
I have made them aware of this posting so they can respond to you as they do not always read all posts on the forums.
They also tell me that they do not have any answerphone messages from you so they are not aware that you were trying to contact them.
Can I just ask that if people do phone us and we are busy taking other calls that you do leave a message as we will not know you have called otherwise [msnsmile].
They tell me they have your message from yesterday afternoon and hope to get back to you shortly. They are just waiting for a call back from Dollar but will contact you not to let you know this.

I only left the one message yesterday afternoon, my requirement is not urgent, I was just replying to M1ke's post, as I had not had a response. However as they are moving office I am happy to wait a day or three for a reply.[msnwink]

Apologies, but to add to the confusion BT did not add the divert from the new office to the old office (where I am still based mostly) so I am having to dash back and forth collecting messages and catching up with them, but unless you have done so in the last couple of hours, we do not have a message from you on the answer phone.
hi , I didn't leave a message with number on the answer phone but was a bit reluctant to as the last time I did I didnt receive a call back either but since you are moving I can understand why. I have just used the email link above to ask my question and wil await a reply. cheers Mike
