    smores

    has anyone ever heard of a dessert called smores?>
    my kids saw it on one of those american tv shows .
    thought you florida junkies might know.

    Carrie.. they are crackers filled with something, but for the life of me I cant think what... I will have to watch the "Barney" video to find out, I am sure someone who lives over there will tell you before I find the info out, I know they eat them on Brownie and Scout camps over there.
    I think you can also buy them already made and I think once I did eat one but I've slept since then and cant remember

    Finally, something I'm really an expert at! This is a Girl Scout creation--graham crackers, chocolate bar, and toasted marshmallow all put together. The warm marshmallow melts the chocolate and the cracker holds it all together. Great campfire dessert, but you can also do them in the microwave.

    They have them near the tills in wallmart, we tried them last year after hearing barney sing about them, they where great.
