I guess everyone has figured out that I meant to type "Messenger to Mercury" instead of Mars. I'm glad some of you will get to see it. We aren't going again til Dec. but are hoping for a launch then (do they launch that time of year?)

I hadnt, I wouldnt have know it was wrong if you hadnt corrected it.

When we saw the shuttle launch it was Aug 2001 so we were able to get free car park passes to watch it from inside Cape Canaveral Air Force Base just across the river.

We wont be there at this time for this launch unfortuately unless it slips.

You just need to go onto their main web site and check for launch times, you can also register to be an armchair astronaut which is presumably like myself how caseyd got the e-mail, they send you bits of information like forthcoming launches etc.
