Between around 11m to 4pm at the circular plaza at the entrance to KidZone, characters such as George Jetson, Fred Flintstone, Woody Woodpecker, Yogi Bear etc. Did arrive on a bus last year which was fun to see them altogether, but they do appear one at a time too - just keep your eyes open.

Often see Charlie Chaplain, Marilyn Monroe and Frankenstein in around Terminator 3 area.
