All parks ask that you do not smoke whilst walking around the park and on the rides - you will see designated smoking areas and you not to see cigarette nubs on the ground as people I think do adhere to their requests.

It's the Disney parks that have this system.
Universal and Islands of Adventure have not adopted it except for no smoking in lines or on the rides. Seaworld and Busch Gardens have the same policy as Universal.

Sorry Margot - thought all parks did it now - don't smoke myself so never take much notice - but I would have something to say if they did light up in the queue, now I know they shouldn't! I am such a stick-in-the-mud!
I find that there are two phrases that apparantly can't be translated from English into some foreign languages. One is "No Flash Photography" and the other is "No smoking in line".
