Wish I'd known, we'd have been well up for that. I'm 32 and Don is 34 - no kids either! [8D]
Any 30 something women here right now who want to sink a few beers in the next few days/ weeks? Here until Mid Sept.
We fly on the 19th, don't think Mr CDV would be too impressed if I took off into the night clubbing, although it sounds tempting from a recently turned 37 yrear old blonde dollybird!!!![]()

CDV, surely you are not staying on Windsor Palms too...??
I'm turning up on Thursday for a nice quiet family holiday and the place is wall to wall 30-something girls..!!
Silver Dollar, what are the conditions like on Windsor Palms ? Much damage ? Glad you all survived the night unscathed.
We are staying on King Palm Cirle. This is our 3rd visit to Florida and on each occasion a hurricane has hit the week before.
The TV pictures of the Gulf Coast are incredible, absolute havoc.
The OrlandoSentinel website is a good source of info for those that need it.
BlueDaze - you must tell me the next time you plan to visit Florida - I will be sure to avoid those dates!![msnwink]

Lesley, Far from it. You should book the same time as me, they always land before we arrive NOT while we are there..!!
Hopefully this means that 'Earl' will not follow 'Charley's' track next week.
Windsor Palms sailed through it fairly ok thank god. Although my place rocked a little (i could feel it in the closet with the kids!) and the fridge moved six inches (how did that happen?? lol), we had some water penetration but other than that, ok. We were the among the lucky ones.
But the trees took some damage obviously.
Well Mrs CDV if ever your husband falls asleep early one night, can I suggest a night downtown in the bars, sinking some beers, a few club hops and then an early morning trip around downtown on a rickshaw?![]()
