    One week and counting...

Well here I am, one week to go, must have forgotten something... Got the sun-block, tickets, maps, itinerary, shades, money, passports, thirst for adventure (can't remember where I read that), cases, clothes (half of what I think I need as the advice goes), yep, think that's pretty much it!

Oh No! The family, yes, the family - better write that down somewhere...!

Seriously though, any last tips from those who have recently returned.

Best of luck. I am sure you'll be all right. Have a great time and tell us about it afterwards!

Have a great time with the family.

The only advice I would give it to try and relax, have fun and above all don't try to hard to see and do everything.

You will need chill out time otherwise, with the heat etc you'll end up shattered.

Have a great time and rember to post a Trip report when you get back.

Use your time wisely, chill out and dont try to do everything at once.
    Have a great time.

This is my last minute tip. DON'T rely on English cash point cards. When I was last here I was able to draw out at any autobank, but it appears since I last came back two weeks ago, there is no where I can use my Abbey National visa/delta card even though it has the "PLUS" symbol on it, nowhere will accept it. I called Abbey National back in England and they confirmed there is nothing wrong with my card, but it appears that no where I've tried will take it. Any ideas anyone if you are out here or recently returned to advise me where I can go. Other than that I will need to wire across funds.
