Customer care/after sales service is terrible, we've been waiting over 4 months for 3 refunds and a credit as they "forgot" to take off the discount coupon when they took the money even though it was showing on the invoice. Emails from customer services have non-returnable addresses and they send the same pre-written reply to just about every email.
They also send mail every week with special offers and once in a lifetime bargains even though we requested no junk mail. Telephoning them is like banging your head off a brick wall.

I've had some issues with them also. 4 months wait for a T shirt last summer... Loads of rubbish received through the post.. ruddy great catalogue left on the doorstep the other day.. nearly popped a disc picking it up after all the rain we had!!!

oopps....I never knew about these problems, I have received the goods and undertook another offer with them, have phoned them to confirm a few things which were sorted straight away.
the products were not brilliant...but only cost me 17p for an open neck shirt and a pair of shorts which I think would be suitable for theme park'ing!.
Sorry to hear about your experiences and I certainly would not recommend anything with known problems, but thanks for your info ..I will certainly be wary in the future.

I have dealt with these people for a while, they are one of several companies who offer this type of 'deal'. The way to view it is only ever buy from them when they have a great offer (like £25 off!) & then you cant be disappointed. Yeah the qualities not great but for nothing what do you want?! My families always saying things to me like "where did you get that from, its nice?" They now expect the answer - "one of my freebies!!" You just have to know when to say no!!
