One question from my son who is concerned about withdrawal from his PS2.
Do the Virgin flights to Orlando have the games option on the seat back screens - the last time we went in 2001, they didn't.
thanks [msnsmile]

In short I think in depends on the type of plane that you are on.
Last time we flew there were games on the out going flight, but on the return there weren't
If you are lucky enough to have a refitted plane then you will also have something like 50 movies to choose from and these can be stopped / started - fast forwrad etc when ever you want.![]()

as above boo,
we are flying virgin jul 11 from gatwick. one of a number of reasons we like virgin is that my kids enjoy playing the games. my daughter especially likes hangman and boxing
trev that also throws up an interesting confirmation point on stocking your villa with a ps2 when renting out

The Gatwick planes do have games, the newly refit fleet are the Heathrow lot but due
to a Gatwick plane having problems they have been using a newly re-fitted heathrow 747 at
gatwick that has the latest V-Port system (50+ movies etc)

Gonna beat you out there (just) 'travelad' - on VS027 on 10th July... Can't wait.
Think I'll keep the games thing quiet until we board - just in case we have the wrong plane... [msncry]
We got back on Thursday, flew from Manchester and they did have the nintendo games system!!!
The last time we flew from Gatwick (2003) that plane didn't have them.
Claire
Virgin are upgrading the fleet at the moment of course heathrow first then gatwick and sorry
John Manchester is last
So hopefully by next year they should all be done
Chrisj
