We will chip in towards the cost of accommodation just because we are nice people.

That sounds interesting! My uncle owns a nice hotel in Orlando and I can ask him to accommodate all of us. I can then use the proceeds of all your "chipping-in" to pay for the flight charter. You see, I am a nice guy too!
