Thread: FREE OR NOT?

Just a note on the water fountain issue. All airliners have a potable water tank which contains 'drinking water' BUT I for one would always carry on a large bottle of water for each family member, for lots of good reasons. [msnwink]

We flew with Brittania last year and there was a Drinking water tap near the galley where you could fill your own cup/bottle, I had never noticed this before - do all flights have them ?

Personally I would not use the water fountain. I would take bottled water for all, especially the little ones[msneek]

I have returned from Orlando last week after flying with Delta both ways.

Business Class going out, everything was free, Alcoholic drinks and soft drinks, Rest of the flights were free soft drinks.
We flew with virgin last October and found that soft drinks were free as and when you needed them.
You could ask for them or go to the gallery.

Still worth taking a couple of bottle for the little ones just in case they need that little extra.

    Food is a different thing!!
I don't know how they have the cheek to charge you for some of the rubbish they serve you.

AND I DID SAY SOME OF THE RUBBISH!!

Business elite with Delta, the food was superb for a airline!!
