Well even though we managed a chilly Feb visit to Florida once, the sun was still shining all the time!!! Los Angeles was a bit hit and miss, as was San Fran, not been to any other US states, but 110 in the shade sounds bit unpleasent!! Florida sunshine for me!!

Mexico was unbearable when I went, the day we arrived it was about 140 degrees and no I am not making it up. It dropped to about 115, spent half the holiday in the shade with my really pale blonde friend as she just went redder and redder!!! I was in San Fransisco in August and it was bitter cold in the evenings. We had driven up from LA and it was warmer in the car than outside when we arrived in San Fran. Vegas is really boiling, San Deigo was pretty warm to. The sun in Florida is comfortable all year round.

I know the coldest State I have been to and that was New York at the end of March a few years ago and it was soooo cold. The coldest place I have ever been, where your facial and nasal hair(sorry) freezes is......... Sarajevo (minus 22).............well they did hold the winter olympics there I suppose.

I lived in Vegas for 4 years. The hottest I remember was 115 dgrs one day. It was about 140 dgrs on the airport ramp. (I was a flight instructor). But remember what everybody says..... IT'S A DRY HEAT!

I did 110 dgrs in the bad land of Montana one year.....then we went up a mountian to see where Indians had lived...and I think I drunk 3 bottles of water when I got down.......it was 125 up there....I had angry bees and rattle snakes all around me...not a time to pass out with the heat..I can tell you....
