[you should be e-mailing the person you rented off as they should be sending you driving instructions along with key box codes.

Will you be travelling from MCO or Sanford?
I think the best route would be 417 from the airport either way because if it is your first time driving the 417 is quieter. Don't forget to have loose dollars for the toll. I would then pick up the 192 at the Celebration turn, follow the 192 to the 27 and turn left on the 27.I don't know Florida Pines well but its a couple of miles down there.
There are others on this board who know that community better than I do and they will hopefully be along soon and give you more precise details.
Amy is right in saying that your owner should send you their recommended route as well.
Don't worry about the driving by the way, it isn't as difficult as over here.

get to the I4, then take junction 58, keep on the right and go right, through Champions Gate.
After Champions gate turn right at the T jucnction on to the CR 54 Ronald regan Parkway, after 2 miles turn right at the Traffic Lights oon to the H27. As its your first time driving I would then go to the first traffic lights, get in left lane and do a U turn, going back down the 27.
Florida Pines is then on your right about a mile or so.
    Have agreat time[msnwink]

And to get to the I4 join the 417 toll road from the airport and follow it to its end where it merges with I4, you then have 3 miles on I4 before departing at junction 58.The 417 is a toll road but you dont need exact change, they will take notes up to $20 and give change. The cost from Sanford should be around $6 give or take.
