If you have a current 10 year passport you wont need a visa even if they dont postpone the proposed regs.

It only applies to NEW passports issued after Oct 26th 2004 (as things stand at the moment - unless they carry biometric data which no country seems to be in a position to issue yet ).

Just to be on the safe side we have recommended to all our guests that if their passports run out before the end of next year it is worth considering renewing them early, you can do so at any time but the max. extra time that will be credited to your new passport is 9 months.
