Lots of the rides have a single riders queue so you can sometimes do more than the rest that might have to queue for longer.
Even the water park rings etc dont have to be used by family groups you can still go on them with a group of strangers.
Airboat rides etc dont only have to be for multiple party group but obviously you may just have to pay the full rate to hire.
To be honest I cant think of anything that you cant do as a single person.
