Can you get a one day ticket for Epcot or do you have to buy the hopper.If not can any body suggest a way round it.We have the Universal flexi and didnt really want to do the Disney bit.

You can get a one day ticket for Epcot, you have to get it at the park and so you might
have to queue up for a bit, Not sure what the price is though

It was around $50 for a 1 day ticket to any of the Disney parks, but they may have gone up recently.

Is that the same for Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon too ?

I would say it is, Also very educational at the same time.
