Sausages might be a bit problematical Dave as they're not the same in the US as in the UK!
Try fresh corn on the cob BBQ'd slowly in foil. Or jacket spuds cooked in the oven and finished off on the BBQ, also in foil, served with sour cream and some chives.
One tropical type pud (yes, it involves bananas Andy!) is to skin bananas and put them in foil, together with a sploosh of fresh orange juice and some shredded coconut. Wrap up and seal and put them on a cooler portion of the BBQ (while you're eating your main meal) and then just unwrap and serve with a dollop of cream (or sour cream or ice cream). Scrummy!
If all else fails with the 'home' cooking, you can always try Sonny's or Fat Boys' BBQ on the 192!
