    Eggs

What's the best way to order eggs in the US? My husband cannot stand snotty eggs but like the yoke runny. I thought if you asked for sunny side up the eggs aren't cooked properly on top.
Hope this makes sense and someone can help...

I hate plastic eggs, like the ones you describe. Ask for them over easy - they always come out okay for me that way.

Over easy (for very runny yolks) or over medium for mostly runny yolks with no "slimey white" at all.

Well over easy should bring them with cooked white [ officially] and runny yoke - basically over easy [ I was told] means the egg is cooked and flipped over to cook top. Sunnyside up, they are just cooked underneath. Cooked through - is cooked both sides until hard.
