Holiday Villa

Hi

Can somebody give me their opinion on areas for holiday home. Have been offered a villa in Wellington or Reserve at Town Center. These mean nothing to me, can somebody help which one would be the best. What is the distance from Disney for each one.

I haven't heard of wellington, but I am in the process of having a home built at town center. It's under 15mins to Disney (7 miles) a realy nice area close to restaraunts, shops, golf.It was featured on "I want that house " last tuesday. Theres my sales pitch over with ( if only I had something to sell)

You'll find that most of the villas are within 15 minutes of Disney.

If you are renting remember to check if it is a new community if there is building work nearby[msnwink]

Were you offered them through this site - if so I am sure they would be great. THey are a bit further out than some, but it depends how important that is to you.

wellington is a older sub Disvion ,near the new publix on us27

3 and 4 bed villas

as a comm Pool area basketball ct for the kids ,also no building going on ,,Newer sub D might have ,so be careful where you rent
as the builders here work 7am - 7pm and make loads of noise
