Has anybody tried the 'Dining With Shamu' experience? our children are 16, 15,14 and 11. Will they enjoy it? Is it good value for money?

I have done the dine with Shamu. I must clarify this by saying that it had only just started (about 2 years ago)
We got a very good table, right next to the pool. There is a row behind which is not quite so close.
The buffet meal was quite good, but you would certainly never go because of the food. The trainer session made it absolutely worth while but I love Seaworld and I am sure that the experiences vary depending upon the whale and the trainer.
I don't know how many Shamu shows you have seen but I can tell you that the 'shows' vary significantly.
We thought that the experience was well worth the$$$$$, but we did go to get a close experience with 'Shamu' and didn't mind the average food.
there was a thread on this a couple of days ago with some plus and minus points if you check back
