Not Orlando of course but I know there are some ace bars on the Gulf Coast - Harry's and the terrace at Crabby Bill's on St Pete Beach spring to mind - certainly worth checking out down there with a bit of musical background, the lapping of the waves and the sun on your back... aahhh, role on 10th July... We like the Bar on Pier at Coco beach. If you want to swim thay don't mind you changing in there toilets and afterwards they do fantastic smoothies while you sit and watch the surfers.

Another thumbs up for both Bahama Breeze and Cafe Tutu tango-although you don't sit out at the second one.

I love the food at Bahama Breeze and the drinks aren't bad either. We usually have one night out and the other night in etc

Also another thumbs up for Winter Park-especially The Briarpatch-but we usually do afternoons there.

If you like Winter Park-you'll also like Mount Dora-about an hour away from Orlando with not a Mc Donalds or fast food place in sight.

    Now I feel homesick-Grrrr!
