The one in Poinciana is right down in the town area itself which is about 16 miles or more from the 192
Wal-mart on 192 opposite Flea Market would be nearer also this one has the biggest turnover of all wal-marts in Florida (useless fact I know)

New one on 27 will only benefit residents from say area by orange lake on 192 up to the tower on 27 but it is this area that has quite a few new communities coming on line also prices here are more than Poinciana
