At immigration, everyone is photographed and fingerprinted; The 'Land Side' checks took over an hour with everyone searched individually with scanners and what not."

At present as Carla said it is only those with Visa who are being photographed and fingerprinted, proposals are in place to bring it in for all entries afrter Sept/Oct this year not sure of exact date.

We went in April to MCO, 2 families in front of us in queue at immigration and from the time we joined the queue to having our I94 (visa waiver) stamped was exactly 8 mins, no searches or anything. It's the quickest we've ever been through. We've been to US about 6 times since 9/11 and have never had a a problem.
