Motion sickness on roller coasters and rides

Does anybody have any tips on how to beat motion sickness on the rides.I would love to go on them but anything that has more than two loops (ie hulk, kraken etc)I know from experience I will be sick [xx( ].I will be packing extra travel sickness pills to see if they work.
Somebody mentioned about a pressure bracelet has anybody used these before

Unless you actually are susceptible to motion sickness, normal rollercoasters, even big ones like Hulk or Kraken do not cause the problem. Two things to remember are to avoid going on a full stomach and keep your eyes OPEN during the ride. Closing one's eyes is more likely to cause motion sickness.

Motion Sickness is a far bigger problem with simulated rides, especially Mission:SPACE, Cyberspace Mountain and the VR Magic Carpet ride at Disney Quest. The only way to minimise this is to take a suitable tablet like avomine or sturgeon. I personally prefer the former.

Thanks for the advice I will try your suggestions
I am not susceptible to motion sickness normally but last time on the Hulk I was nearly sick.
Simulators are no probs for me,anything that goes round and round and round that does it, all the normal up and down fast rides are ok.

I tried the pressure bracelets and they were useless. Worked okay when I went flying with hubby though. Had to go as there was nobody else with us that visist to take my place.

I have to do the rides with my children, don't want to do it but someone's got to do it, hubby could not take any fast rides. Cat in the hat is fast enough for him.

Don't do Mission Space, I don't suffer normally but I struggled after that.

i have been on all the rides and the only ones I have trouble with are duelling dragons in IOA, and I think that is due to the quick change over passage and not allowing time between the rides.

I find all the coasters are ok, the trouble is the simulators for me, I keep trying different ones to see how I get on. Body Wars in Epcot - NOOO, Back to the future in Universal - ok, Star Tours at MGM - ok but by far the worst is Mission Space at Epcot - Never Again !!! hehe.
