Your welcome Karen
and have a great time trying out all the lovely food![]()
Hi Karen
Although IHOP does stand for International House of Pancakes - they are franchised and all but one that I know of just use the brand IHOP. They all have a distinctive blue roof. The one near Thacker Avenue on the 192 is definately the best and the staff very friendly especially Tatiana who always has a lot of time for us and will doubtless make your family equally as welcome. Be warned though you will go hungry and leave happy - until you get back home and get on the scales that is[msncry]

Not the cheapest I know but all our family like Chef Mickey's at the Contempory and 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian. Both character buffets breakfasts with a great choice of food![]()

Got to be the Golden Coral by a mile. Not only is it cheap but you come out and dont need to eat until tea time. They have everything including Pizza, ice cream, fresh bread, steak, and a omelette made to order. They normally feature in the discount books for additional money off. They also have boxed cereal and gallons of fresh orange juice. My wife quite like their Jelly beans as well.
We use Ponderosa, the one across from Old Town, staff are friendly and courteous.
We usually go early on, about 7.30 so there are not massive queues.
Don't like Waffle House to be honest, find their food greasy.
Perkins and IHOP are also good value and nice food!
If you are there for 14 nights, and intend to go in the future, try them all and you will find the one that suits you all!!

We did use Ponderosa for a buffet breakfast until we discovered Golden Corral, now we wont go near Ponderosa. The quality and selection at GC is excellent, far superior to Ponderosa (in my opinion) - I particularly like the chef frying omelletes on request

Dont forget to look out for the discount coupons for the Ponderosa and Golden Coral. You normally find them in the orlando guldes which they give away.
