We've bought on Sunset Ridge - Mercedes Homes. The model is Devon which is 5 bed and 3 bath although we've had the utility room converted to a fourth bathroom as we thought the layout warranted it and moved the utility to the garage. We've also extended the deck and opted for a spa. Our lot partly overlooks the lake and is on Sunset View Drive which I hope says it all! We're at the very early stage and have around 12 months to wait but already I'm very excited.
