Yep. I've gotta agree with you Chris; and if you look at it this way and remember that it is there for your safety it doesn't feel too bad.

If you have young kids and they get cranky in the queue after the flight try playing a game with them to guess who's going to get 'dinged' by the metal detector. It passes the 10 minutes in what seems like no time.

Took us an 1hr 3o yesterday. 30 minutes of that waiting for golf clubs though. Saying that though we are happy with that time realy.

I never seem to have a problem clearing through MCO. I guess it depends where you are sitting on the plane to start with. If your at the back, then you've got nearly 300 people in front of you!! Also if another flight has landed just before yours which is then going to double, maybe triple the number of peeps in front.

As for the security check when you get off, I've mentioned this before in the forum somewhere. It's beyond me!!!

Maybe when I'm over at the end of the month I'll ask the question why they do that at MCO and nowhere else that I've been in the US. Although I don't want them to get all suspicious of me for asking a simple question

Just got back from JFK and no problems or anything like that there.[]
