As you've probably realised, this site is mainly for vacation rental homes but, if you're looking for permanent accommodation, you could try http://www.homestore.com which has lots of useful info for apartments, etc all over USA as well as in Florida.

Or www.orlandosentinel.com (the local newspaper) which also has a good section on relocating to Orlando.
