I agree when I first registered with OV I would say i didnt know a great deal but over the months of reading posts and replying to some I now find I am able to talk to travel agents in particular with some knowledge and confidence.Keep up the good work all you posters and replyers.Maybe you could sub categorise the experts i.e villa owner experts, villa renter experts or junior experts

I got my first star as well this weekend.
I wouldn't consider myself to be the least bit kowledgeable about villa ownership and i am using the forum all the time to learn more and more.
However having been a "rentee" on many occasions and having had numerous great holidays in Florida I do feel I have possibly got some info to share with others.
Heres to becoming an "expert"

Quite poorly really, it is only counted on how many times you press return and a lot of replys are 'I agrre with that' or we are nearly at 100,000 post.

Moderators why not set up a chat room on the site for these people who feel abliged to reply just to become experts?

A great site but the scoring lets it down as people who have never been to Florida can agree with everyones comments for five weeks and become a 5 star expert, is this not a bit misleading for the newer visitor?

Keep chatting and you will soon get a second star! I was amazed at how quick I got mine, then again I talk alot. On the fairniss side I know a lot about Orlando and had visited many many times before we bought.
