I would be grateful for any suggestions on shops to buy curtains and window dressings (for our house in the UK). Our villa is beautifully dressed but it was a resale so I don't have a clue where they came from!

Do you have a John Lewis near your? They have a good choice and will do made to measure as well have ready made curtains.

We actually got our window dressings for our villa made up here in the UK and took them out there with us! A massive luggage going out but lots of room for shopping on the return! Any haberdashers should be able to give you some creative inspiration!

Thanks everyone - just returned from buying trip and purchased gorgeous valances in Lowes. Bed linen from Dillards. Highly recommended.
