Posner Park Retail Centre

Hi Everyone,

i believe that a new retail park is to be built on the junction of I4 and HWY27. Does anyone know any more about this? What will it include (shops, restaurants, cinema etc.)? When is it due for completion? What market is it aimed at? Do you think it might be in competion with the rather overcrowded 192, and if so will it have any impact on property along the 27?
