TC are now using Excel and Air Atlanta Europe.
We have flown with them with Air Atlanta and they were fine, We were flying out here to live and we paid for an extra baggage allowance which allowed us to bring literally loads of stuff with us. For a charter, it felt more like scheduled flight. Have flown many times with TC with different carriers and never had a problem and have got some good deals on occasion.
