There are a number of reasons which have made us decide to sell. Firstly both of our children have started at private school so we could do with the money to pay their fees.

Secondly we have owned our villa for 4 years and have visited it roughly twice a year. I think if you own a villa you have to visit at least once a year to check things over and refresh everything. We now want to visit other places and as we can only afford one main holiday a year we want to use it to travel to other places.

Maybe once the kids have finished school and we have traveled to other destinations we could be looking at buying again in Florida.

Yes, know exactly what you mean about private schooling we have seen two through who are now at Uni and have another 2 to go (one at a non fee paying grammar) very expensive!!

We have done our traveling, so we are ready to buy, we already go out twice a year and I would like to visit more.

If your villa had a lake view I would have snapped it up, and I don't think you will have any trouble selling.

Our buyers have just pulled out this weekend as they have now decided they cannot afford our villa. The price is now $220,000 and is about to be relisted on Realtor.

You might be in luck as we are advertising it till 16th June then we are fully booked until mid August so will be unable to show anyone round till then. Last time we advertised it we had 40 viewings in the first week so hopefully we will have a result in the next 8 days.
