Flight Time Changes

When my daughter came back from the UK a few weeks ago through Canada...she was not even asked for her greencard....I found this a bit odd.....as it was her entery back into the USA....and she has no visa in her new passport.....and she filled in no forms for immigration....never having left the USA on a greencard..does anyone know what happens when you come back in on one.....??

On a related note, we are flying Airtours in July. We recently pre-booked 5 seats together, although they could not tell us what seats...when the revised bill came in they had changed our flight time from Morning to Afternoon. I phoned and asked why and was told that they can change times up untill we get the tickets, some time in May, and that some people not only have had thier flight time changed but have been moved from Glasgow to Manchester! Can they do that? To tell the truth an Afternoon flight on the way out means a night time flight on the way back, so that means more time to spend shopping or whatever on the last day there.
