    Tobacco/Duty Free

In exchange for my mother-in-law babysitting our dog while we are on holiday, we usually buy her cigarettes or tobacco.

We are flying in and out of Sanford, is it better just to wait until we are flying home and buy her tobacco at the airport?

Or does anyone know of somewhere where we can buy tobacco cheaper, presumably US duty paid, or is US duty paid tobacco as expensive as UK duty paid tobacco?

Depends if she likes US cigarettes! If I were you, I'd get your duty free cigarettes at your departure airport to make sure that you get the brand your MIL likes as there are normally only US brands on offer at US airports and the same in shops in Florida.

US cigarettes are much cheaper in the stores than in the UK but they're only US brands and, if do happen to find any UK brand names, they'll be more expensive than the local ones.

They do sell uk brands at the airport and offer similar deals that they do in the uk, eg 1000 for £70, or 1000 for approx $90.

p.s. Dont forget you are only allowed to bring back 200 into the UK. (Per adult over 16)
