If you have a pushchair, it's always better to take your own as you can use it at the airport as well as anywhere else the child may need it and it's free!

These can be used up to the plane entrance and are then put in the cargo hold - make sure that you label it clearly and securely as there a usually lots of them!

If you don't want to take your own and want to save some money on renting one, they can be purchased at Wal-Mart from about $15 upwards. Also some rental homes supply these for their guests free.

It would be a lot cheaper to get a sunshade for your grandson's buggy. He'll probably be a lot more comfortable in his own, than in a rental one. From what I remember, you get a new one each time you hop from one park to another, same as with wheelchairs.

Take it from a mother of 5, take your own with all the bits you need ie sun shade, drinks holders etc because although you can buy them all out there its time consuming and they may not have exactly what you want. The sun shades on the strollers at the parks were not great when I last used one and the seats were hard and plastic - not comfy in the heat. I tried to buy a sun shade for my buggy in 2002 and could not find one anywhere!

The strollers in the parks are about $10 a day if I remember rightly. It is much cheaper and better to take your own, a lot of villa owners like ourselves do provide strollers with the villa
