Do Airtours give you travel socks? Just want to know whether to pack my own for the flight.

Do you mean flight socks for preventing DVT or socks just to keep feet warm?
I don't know any airline that supplies flight socks but most provide ordinary socks.
Julie
If you just mean the little socks that some scheduled flights give you to slip into instead of your usual shoe/sock combo, then I dont think so.
I dont recall Airtours giving you much, and as they're VERY strapped for cash at the moment, I cant see that changing.

As long as they give you a controlled landing, you should count yourself lucky.[msnwink]
no and I agree with Pikey1999

I do remember getting socks, eyeshades, toothbrush and paste, comb, etc in a washbag on Virgin but I haven't seen that sort of thing on flights for quite some while now.
blott
lol!
I mean the little warm sockies not the dvt ones.
Will take my own and keep doing leg exercises to stop DVT.
Eek, I should be packed by now!
Oh, and do they do films?
we travelled with airtours in premiair seating last Aug and received a bag with socks, eye shade, ear plugs, toothbrush and toothpaste, notepad & pencil, refresher spray and body lotion, few mints, tissues etc. Going with standard Airtours tommorrow - doubt we will receive same.
Jane
