    villa communities and visa help

    we have been to florida three times in a villa once in indian pointe which was great then to wellington reserve and to windsor palms which was fantastic we can give advice on these communities but we need help we wish to move to florida permently from the united kingdom and want to know if anyone knows what visa we require please help thankyou[msnwink]

    If you read through all the treads in the moving to Florida area you will find all you need to know, theres lots of threads on Visas too!!

    We would need much more info on your personal circs to be able to help. I know you said that the business route was not an option when you emailed me. It is not easy to make the move permanently unless you fall within certain special circunstances like the right job, a business in the UK big enough to transfer or academic renown in your field. The most you could hope for otherwise is a B2 enabling you to spend half the year here.
