I much prefer Premium Mall, its mostly clothes and whilst Beltz is bigger (and covers cameras etc..) it is spread out and I don't think its any better value.
Beltz mall is also enclosed, whilst Premium Mall is open (with cover), I quite like to window shop, grab a Starbucks or a snack and sit in the sun.
