long weekend to Davenport area and hoping to get a lot
on Westhaven ( the hamlets ) the builder is Lennar
anybody any info on this community or builder

congrats on the new home, having one built myself in Davenport at Town Center so we'll be neighbours. Can't help you with info on yours but i'm pretty sure help is on it's way

We are also new to this forum although have advertised on this website for a few months. We have owned an Engle built home on Highlands Reserve Golf Club for 4 years & manage our own bookings - get a lot of pleasure from it.
We have just tried to buy a 2nd home at Highlands Reserve, pre owned Lennar built home. We were unsuccessful in a contract race(everything is selling in days at present)but are fans of Lennar as a builder, especially their "everythings included" concept.
You've made a good choice!
