Not quite related, but I assume you know how hard it is to get a VISA to live and work in the USA?

I've heard that the Dr Phillips area is really nice for permanent residents, with good schools as well.

Is Dr. Philips not a bit expensive - I might be wrong but I always thought that was an expensive area.

If you have kids you need to look at school zoning. I am presuming you would not want to live on a rental estate, not good with small kids.
Celebration is a really nice place to live, kids love it, great schools, not expensive by UK standrads if it is by Floridian; Hunters Creek, good area, good schools. Dr Phillips as suggested, good area, great school. New community called Baldwin Park up in Orlando. A lot of people really like Clermont, not the STR end but up in the Chain of Lakes area near the actual town. Going the other way down 27, Winter Haven - some very nice homes there. What sort of business are you buying in Davenport?
