subway takes hold in england!!

i have just got back from orlando and noticed ads for subway on channel 4 .
i live on subway in the states its nice to have a healthy scrummy sandwich at lunch to set you up for them fab meals at night....
look forward to subway taking a hold over here!!

It already seems to have done, check out the web site and see how many outlets they already have in the UK! www.subway.co.uk - 232 in the UK and Ireland.

I'm currently at uni in Liverpool and I think there are about 4 subways in the city centre and another one around the corner from where I live. Always smell nice when I walk past but I have never been in.

Yes theres one not to far from us in Altrincham and quite a few in Manchester centre!

There are quite a few in Liverpool all owned by the same guy i think and if your intrested there is one for sale @ Bootle Strand for £120, 000 or you could buy into the franchise for around £ 70 - 80 thousand [msnsmile2]

must save for my dream villa just come back from orlando no reasonable resales and everythings gone through the roof i'm gutted.

There is even one in Cancun. I am not a Mexican food fan and lived off these when we were there. They tasted exactly like you get here too, I guess that standardisation is what you get with a franchise.
