Updated TV's in Virgin from Gatwick

A work colleague has just returned, The flight out had been fitted
with new TV and controls, You have a choice of upto approx 50 which
you can watch whatever ones you like, pause, etc

He said the plane back was the older system, so looks as though they
are slowly changing them

Sounds like the new V Port system? We had this last year going to San Fran - it's fabulous! What was the plane name / code? If he doesn't know, what was the date / time of the flight?

He said it was the V Port system, just asked him as he sits next to me.

He flew out Sunday 11th on the 11:30am flight
