Hero's!

This one got me on my first Concorde flight!

I was the Puser in charge of the rear cabin and the ground catering guy was telling me what he had loaded and where......

He pointed to a cupboard and said 'six hero's in here mam'....................???????

They were the Crew Sandwiches!!!!

Wow havent heard that word in years!! The word hero sandwich was used for describing sub sandwiches...

Depending on which part of the US you are in, they could be called heros, subs, hoagies, or grinders. And if you are in one part of the country and use the wrong word, they might not know what you are talking about!
