AAA Discounts

Hello there can you please tell me about this AAA to get discounts from hotels and stuff is it the same as the car recovery AA in the uk if not how do i join many thanks in advance

Hi Roy,
AAA is the American Automobile Association & has no association with
the AA in the UK.
Last time I checked membership is only open to US residents.[msnwink]

As I understand it you can use your AA card in the States -or if you have time before you go contact the AA and they will give you a card or some form of proof you can use.Can't be 100% sure as we are with Green Flag!Maybe an AA menber can give you up to date information

If you give the AA (uk) a bell, and request their US discount pack. It's a booklet with a lot of offers that are given on production of an AAA card. They provide a AAA card in the back of the booklet. For us we've only used it at 2 places, Hard Rock for merchandise and Universal Studio's when buying a ticket. First time we tried at universal we were turned down, as the card does not have a id number, but after a quick word with a supervisor this was sorted.
